About us
Amaravati HR Chapter started on 6th Nov 2016 by a group of HR Professionals who intended to enhance, network and share knowledge with co-HR members in and around Amaravati Region, Andhra Pradesh.
Our Motto is “Harnessing the Human Potential” within and around for a healthy work environment. We believe that HR’s hold the prime responsibility of an organization in its developments and survivals. HR should act as a business owner as an organization runs on people while HR plays a key role in dealing with them.
An act of taking the HR Community forward, we planned a few initiatives to groom the budding HR Professionals to be industry ready and to create a good knowledge transfer platform for all working HR Professionals. We aim to reduce the gap between organization and people.
